Virginia Preschool Initiative- VPI

Manassas Park City Schools offers FREE Preschool Programs through state and federal grants. Children who attend MPCS Preschool Programs participate in the USDA food program and a variety of educational activities through a state approved curriculum. Services are also offered to meet the special needs of children with disabilities.

How Does My Child Qualify For FREE Preschool?

  1. Your child must be four years old before September 30; and
  2. Your family must meet income guidelines; and
  3. You must live in Manassas Park.
