Nurse Jennifer began her nursing career almost 25 years ago. This is her 3rd year at Cougar Elementary. While most of her nursing career has been spent taking care of the adult population, she has LOVED making the transition to working with the elementary school children! Nurse Jennifer has 3 children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports and spending time with friends.
Amber Burke, LPN

Nurse Amber began her nursing career in 2009 after graduating from ECPI University’s LPN nursing program. She started her career in Family Medicine for 6+ years before switching over to Dermatology for the past 10 years. School nursing has always been a goal and dream for Amber and with this being her first year at Cougar Elementary she is excited and dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming environment where students can feel comfortable while addressing their health needs. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time watching her favorite TV shows/movies, spending time outdoors- fishing or at the beach, and cheering for her son (16 yr old) and daughter (10 yr old) at their sporting events.
Rosi Cardoza, LPN

Nurse Rosi has been in our MPCS family for 7 years. In her free time, she loves the outdoors, hiking, picnics, and camping. She also enjoys dancing, exercising, and laying for hours on the beach. Her favorite books are mysteries and thrillers. And she enjoys tasting foods from all over the world. She is currently learning Italian in hopes to be able to communicate when she visits Italy.
Stephanie Salazar, School Nurse Assistant

Nurse Stephanie began her nursing career 8 years ago, caring for all different age groups. She made her transition to our MPCS team 3 years ago, she has enjoyed every bit of it! She is passionate about helping others and creating a positive environment for those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, watching movies, trying different foods, and listening to music. She also loves spending quality time with family while making meaningful memories with the people she loves.
Emily Saucedo, RN
Nurse, Manassas Park Middle School
Nurse Emily is a Nurse at Manassas Park Middle School! She has worked at MPCS since 2019 and has been in the Middle School Clinic since November 2021. She graduated from ECPI University in June 2021 as an LPN and then returned to nursing school at Standard College and graduated as a Registered Nurse in June 2024.

My name is Kelly Guzman and I am the Nurse Assistant at Manassas Park Middle School. I have been in the medical field for 15 years with experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care and Fertility. I graduated from MedTech College in 2011.

My name is Eva. Students and staff know me as nurse Eva. I have been a nurse for 14 years and a nurse at MPHS for 4 years. I am originally from Virginia, born and raised. I am married and have one daughter and also a nephew who lives with us permanently. Some of my most favorite things to do are spend time with my family, go to the movies, and try new restaurants. I love to travel, road trip and explore new places.

Nurse Nora began her nursing career over 25 years ago! She is also a proud graduate of Manassas Park High School herself. Her 3 children also graduated from MPHS. She has been with Manassas Park City Schools for over 14 years. Outside of work, she enjoys watching soccer, gardening, playing with her grandson, and traveling with her family!
