Seniors need to report to the HS Commons by 7:00 AM

Please arrive in appropriate formal attire. All students wear outdoor friendly shoes. No cap decorations.

A ticket is required for each person entering graduation (including children).

Graduation is a ‘rain or shine’ event. It will be relocated indoors only in the event of torrential rain or lightning.

In the event of inclement weather causing outdoor graduation to be canceled, the ceremony will be held in the High School Gym. Only patrons with full color keepsake tickets will be allowed in the gym (4 per graduate). There will be a live feed in the Middle School auditorium. The auditorium will be shut when it reaches maximum capacity.

The announcement for indoor graduation will be made by 6:00 AM. Please check and other official school district social media.

The HS parking lot will be available for seniors and guests; first come, first served. Parking is available at Osbourn Park High School and shuttle buses will run continuously and drop off guests outside of Cougar Stadium. This will provide a shorter and more convenient walk. Please allow 20 minutes to park, catch the shuttle, and enter the stadium.

Handicap parking can be arranged in advance. Also, if your family is in need of handicapped seating, please notify Alicia Sowers at Special covered seating is available in advance.

Stadium gates open at 7:30 AM. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. All guests must be seated on the bleachers; seating is available on both sides of the field. Graduation will be held at the far end-zone near the scoreboard. There will be no standing along the interior fence line, or on the track or field.

Gates will be closed at 8:30 for the processional.

Strollers will be allowed; however, flowers, balloons, signs, and other such items will be prohibited as these items may impede others’ views of the graduation.

Please remember we are outside. Make sure to bring water, wear sun protectant, and be prepared for extreme heat. Bleacher seats might be damp due to humidity or excessively warm; bringing a towel is suggested.

After graduation ceremony, graduates will proceed to the Bell of Knowledge at the bus loop between the MS and HS and ring the bell. You will be able to meet your child there.

Admissions Officers from colleges/universities will be in the Office for Student Success (Guidance Office) to meet with students. Students must sign up in order to meet with admissions officers. Sign up sheets available in the Office for Students Success.
