The following list provides a very brief description of notifications required by state and/or federal law or regulation.
Federal code, state code, and Virginia School Boards Association policy set certain requirements for school divisions regarding annual notifications, public hearings, and postings. Manassas Park City Schools has addressed each of the requirements below.
