The Department of Financial Services is responsible for the fiscal operations of the school division. The daily activities within the department include payroll, accounting/accounts payable, purchasing, and budgeting/forecasting. The department also participates in the year-end financial audit and preparation of the City of Manassas Park CAFR.

Per Pupil Cost Summary:  The chart below contains information regarding the sources of funds spent to educate each student in Manassas Park City Schools. This information is provided to you in compliance with Section 22.1-92 of the Code of Virginia. The per pupil cost for FY23 is an estimate based upon the budget approved by the School Board of Manassas Park City Schools on March 21, 2022. If any additional information is needed about the budget or you have any questions about the budget process, please contact the Executive Director of Finance.
